Gone
Ocean tide.
Seagulls crying.
Waves wash away
Things I once
Knew.
You're carried away
By the hands of
Titus.
I run.
Rush into the water.
Looking,
You're not there.
Gone.
Forgotten.
They sank to the bottom.
To rest on the sand,
Those memories.
You're gone in the
Vast
Nothingness.
Sharp wind
Mutes the words.
Words I once heard.
Heard you say.
Gone.
I can't hear
You.
I would ask you to
Repeat,
But you and your memories
Lie at the bottom
Of the
Ocean.
Thick mist
Blinds me to the sights,
Sights I once saw.
Your face.
Gone.
Eyes, smile,
Dragged into the
Haze.
Blinded,
I stumble
But you're not here
To guide me.
No.
Instead, you lie
At the bottom
Of the
Ocean.
The cold
Numbs all feelings.
Feelings I once
Felt
For you.
Gone.
That feeling
Of being
In your arms.
That feeling
I will never feel
Again.
I'm so
Alone.
Afraid.
But you're
Not here
To say
How this will all be
All right.
No.
Now you lie
At the bottom
Of the
Ocean.
Gone.
