Inner Struggle
The person whom I constantly seek for
Yet deep inside I know it’s all in vain
Wrapped in darkness, the dream which I adore
The abysmal hope set in, that’s my bane
When my hope faltered it always brung pain
For me to move forward I must believe
Keep moving, don’t stop, hope as to not grieve
To move it’s necessary to deceive
Not others, for you are your own foe
Impossible to stray from thoughts so naive
I’m just human, my wounds recover slow
And as I heal, time continues to flow
Making use of every second is key
Hard, since all life is never problem free
