I'm not okay
No, I'm not fine
The pastor said I should never lie
I'm in a battle of my mind
Fighting an enemy I can't see cuz I'm blind
They say backsliding is a slow fade
Well, I'm fading more and more each day
But I'm still trying to stay saved
Cuz I know Jesus Christ did arise from the grave
His love is what keeps me going on
His patience even when I'm doing wrong
Cuz in my weakness, He sure is strong
But since I don't know what else to do
I stray from the cross, and disappoint you
