Your Soul Will Slowly Die
Every time your heart breaks
Every time your stomach aches
Your eyes begin to cry
Your soul will slowly die
Whenever you feel down
Whenever you have a frown
With every little lie
Your soul will slowly die
When your life is a wreck
And a walk feels like a trek
With each sad sigh
Your soul will slowly die
Each time you gain a pound
Every time you make a sound
Your brain will begin to fry
Your soul will slowly die
With every mistake you make
With all of the smiles that are fake
All your years will pass by
And your soul will slowly die
You can't escape this fate
Now it is just a matter of the date
So forget the tears you have shed
For your soul is finally dead.
