I do not understand
Why people must be jealous
Why people are in such pain
Why others live in greed
But most of all I do not understand
Why people don’t believe
There will be global warming
What I understand most are people who saddened
Who see the world destroying it self
Where the rainforests
Is cut and burned for more luxury
Everyone trying to gain more power
And caring only about today
And saying goodbye to tomorrow
