Turned to Stone

I sit on the ground, all alone
My body slowly turning to stone
My darkened eyes begin to leak
My shrouded soul begins to shriek
I release the pain I could never show
Now all of this damned world shall know
The silent screaming of my past
The moments I knew could never last
My once soft heart has turned to ice
Noe listen carefully to this advice:
"Don't let them in
They'll only sin
They'll do you wrong
And burn you song
Don't show your tears
Contain your fears
And don't ever sit all alone
And allow yourself to be turned to stone."
