Fall seven times and stand up eight. –Japanese Proverb

I try as I might
to reach that little dusk of light

Ss its fading away
I am drifting that way

I try and try
but nothing comes by

I fight the darkness
but it’s still a mess

With every step of the way
I am still lost at bay

With everything still and stiff
I am acting as if I am at the edge of a cliff

Insanity draws near
and I have nothing but fear

For I am still
my body making a shrill

Nothing helps me
and this is my fee

Never trust anyone during the blindness
because even your shadow leaves you in the darkness

For I am in the dark
its eating me like a shark

Nothing eases the stress
or draws away this mess

For this is everything but me
for I haven’t unlocked the key

The path is lost
it has nothing but a cost

For it will be paid
and it will also be made

For I am not free
my thoughts have become part of my fee

This isn’t the end
for I will fend

For myself
this is just another book on the shelf

I hope that whoever had read this poem will never let anyone truly hurt them. I hope thy brush off what others say about them and continue to be themselves.
