I will lie in bed dreaming of the nights we stayed up late talking
I will look out the window to see when you pull up to my house
Until dawn I will miss you more and more
I will await the kiss you always give me
I will await holding your warm, soft hand
Dawn never seems to come.... night just rolls by never ending
I long for one of your smiles
The ones that make my heart melt
You are the sunshine of my day, and until you come dawn never awakes from its brisk slumber
