Another Day Perhaps
Another head hangs,
I see you through pink tint.
I watch you cut out negatives,
and throw them in the room.
Another heart breaks,
the slivers catch a glimpse.
The dark pictures of us,
the memories trap me like a womb.
I can escape,
you can escape.
We can be,
two separate things.
Another hands trembles,
slicing apart things past.
You try to recount,
anonymous details told in lies.
Another breath escapes,
followed by a gasp.
"This is the end" you say ,
covered in blood you die.
"Don't follow me anymore" you say,
but I already have.
