Forbidden
Standing there,
You and me, alone
Frozen by the icy cold.
The only warmth comes
In the soft embraces.
My hands, numb,
Lying upon your face.
You, your eyes closed,
a small smile peeking through.
Hoverin in a corner,
Your arms around my waist
guarding me from the cold.
All this, forbidden.
I long for you to stay there
keeping me warm
even though i know
you must return to her.
Right now, all I can have
Are all the memories from that day
to keep me warm.
