His and Hers, Not Yours, So Go Away
Little teapot
Tipped
All her glassy
Life away
Shattering cups
Spilled
All his
Blood away
Drinking lips
Corked
All her thirst
Quenched away
Shadowy candles
Extinguished
All his burns
Cooled away
Sirius faces
Exploded
All her stars
Fly
Celestially away
Fairy queens
Died
All his troubles
Conjured away
Etymology
In one stanza
But in every
Other his, her,
And certainly,
AWAY
Idiosyncratic poem
Ended
All her thoughts
Unclear,
Still not
Any nearer
Just further away
Away, Away, Away
Such a word
Deserves its own line
Said thrice
Doesn’t make it go away
