Couldn't contain Me
You didn’t have to let me go so fast
And you didn’t have to be so harsh like that
Now here I lay, here I stay
You just stared then walked away
Leaving me here, to die in the grass.
I did my best, gave my all
Just not enough, so you let me fall.
That was then this is now
I still keep falling down
Every time you cross my mind.
I just wish that someday we’ll see each other on the street
See my face notice it’s me
Then maybe, just maybe
Everything will be fine
Seasons will keep changing
Stars will keep falling
Waves will keep crashing
And I’ll keep you on my mind
