A Day at the Park
I walked to the park when it wasn’t very dark.
A bee went buzz and I started to flee.
I found a sunflower that looked like the sun high in the sky.
I heard a bird that began to chirp.
The song it sang is an easy listening type of song.
I looked and saw a very sad willow.
I think it really needed a pillow.
If I was one thing in the park, I would be a squirrel hopping about.
