We ran out of cheeze whiz
They lost their teddy bear
Or learned the word "share"

What is Reality
in a teen's eyes?
When drama isn't just an enrichment
When parents divorce without your consent
But not the only to make or break up
Or when schools want the money you cough up

What is Reality
in an adult's eyes?
When all of the banks go under
When gov. decisions cause more wonder
When kids have just gotten more annoying
Or when healthcare is more controlling

I wish we could all go back
to the lost teddy bear
And avoid the attack
Of our terrible healthcare
