empty space
There are many blank pages in the story of my life.
Many blank pages that you never gave me a chance to fill.
You call and say, “I love you” at the end of the message.
But I never pick up the phone.
You just got up and left one day with no explanation but lies.
But you expect me to forgive you and say its okay, like all you did was bump into me in a busy hall way.
That’s not what happened you know its not.
You left unexpectedly and unexcused and that I cannot forgive.
