I Hate Your Music
Wires
coiling,
strangling,
my body
Choking
the life
out of me.
My ears
blasting
with sounds.
I hate
this music.
My stomach
gets poked
over,
and
over.
More sounds,
more music
that I hate.
Round and round
like a
carousel.
High,
low,
loud,
quiet.
Tight
dark
spaces.
Claustrophobia
from being
hidden from
view.
Hold me,
push me,
I darken,
I sleep,
waiting
to be used
again.
Poked,
prodded,
plugged.
Easily
replaceable.
My
life.
Old,
new.
Fast,
slow.
Constant
changes.
I hate
this music like
the deaf hate
silence.
