Shall I Wait to Dream?

Quickly now, pass the pen
keep the movement going
so I don't have to begin again.
Rapidly writing, words upon a wall,
fragmented dreams,
the beauty before the fall.
Second guessing the point of this game,
is it for fortune,
or is it for fame?
Fill the void, there isn't much time
piece the words together,
make one last rhyme.
Together forever we'll fall from grace,
holding hands
and praying there's enough space.
