Guilt

September 19, 2008
By Anonymous

Guilt swells up inside of me,
Reminding me I am not free.
Death I see in every face,
every face at every place.
I could not help my friend, my dear,
have I not made that clear?
But if I let my guilt and fear take me,
I will never be truely free.
So if you see my face in every place,
let me know what's your case.

My friends inspired this. I won't give any specifics but they were depressed and this poem came to mind. So please, if you feel down tell someone cause there is always someone there to listen. That's what my poem is about. Not doing anything before so wanting to do everything i can after.
