Narrative: my last
As I walk towards the field,
Rays of light shine on my face to greet me.
The sweet smell of freshly cut grass fills the arena and I'm ready.
Ready to play the the most memorable game of my life.
The last game I will ever play,
The state final of my senior year.
I hear voices and turn,
Seeing my team dressed out and ready.
Ready win that final game.
The stands fill with fans wearing our colors,
Yelling and cheering,
Making smiles appear on the faces of my team mates.
There we stand ready to fight till the end.
