Once upon a time there was a dog with loyal trust.
He gave his heart way too fast and it began to turn to dust.
He begged and pleaded to stop the pain until his love felt like rust.

"What did I do to deserve this?" He asked himself.
This became distant, just another part of his blacked out past.
Now he disguises himself with a heavy mask.
