Where do you go?

I've been told that when you die you go to heaven.
When you get to heaven, where do you go then?
I believe that when you die you simply lay in the ground.
Your toe nails continue to grow
but you vanish into nothing.
Forgotten and so lonely
How could the ones you love treat you so coldly?
The say I'll always remember you.
I don't' think that's true.
But I'll continue my ever lasting sleep and bid you adieu.
