Start a New Day

When the fog has been lifted
and the earth has finally shifted
you see in a new way
you start a new day
and when that day comes
the cold ice, it numbs
the sun melts it away
you start a new day
you search and you holler
when it grabs you by the collar
you don't run, you play
you start a new day.

Sometimes you have to let it happen. i'M saying this because i have read many comments from you asking people to read your poetry. However, I think this was good not great but if you would continue to write it could be much better.
