Uugh and uunnh
Sounds of coming undone
There is the weight of all
On me, threatening to fall
I have to relieve the press.
Somehow lessen the stress
I have to laugh, maybe cry
I must yell, I cannot sigh
Pent up emotions yearn to flow
Open my mouth, let it go.
