not giving me a chance

to abolish, demolish,control but defeat.
a sweet young person i have yet to meet.
not giving her a chance cause what could she give me ?
A peace of mind, true words spoken so soundly ?
Advice that i know i need to hear,
the strength to conquer the fear of my fear.
but i have yet to admit shes worth the risk
cause accepting her as my own, what do i get out of this ?
Will i finally learn that i need her more than acceptance at all ? Because she'll always be there when I'm ready to fall.
but i cant commit.
so i cant give her a chance,
i finally admit.
