Pirates
The sway of the ship is as normal to them
as the very air they breathe.
Considered outlaws by most and visionaries by less,
their joys are few and far in between.
The very salt water is cleaner to them,
than any mountain spring in the world.
And they always, always stop and salute,
whenever their flag is unfurled.
It’s true they can be vicious and bloody
whenever the need may arise.
But contrary to popular belief,
for a comrade they will risk their lives.
They’re rough and unkempt on the outside,
And more intimidating then most like to admit.
But what can you expect
from the men
who call themselves
Pirates?
