Broken heart

Broken heart not actually into half (2pieces)
(“I’m sorry what did I do wrong?”)
But into small little pieces.
(“Forgive me?”)
Broken heart broke inside my body lungs ribs brain stomach etc.
(“I’m hurting so badly!”)
Heart is made out of glass so every little piece is cutting me inside!
(…pleaseee!)
Broken heart and every little piece have a memory inside of it.
(“Reunite heart reunite!”)
All the pieces killing me slowly …..
(“O broken heart please…………”)
