Human
It’s sad how we sometimes move on
From the things we used love
The things we used to know
That time takes away,
Tears in a swift river.
Then it rains back to us and the memories touch
Our souls again,
Stinging our heart.
It’s not that we have forgotten,
It’s just not easy to replay the scenes
And it’s never black and white
But a rainbow, a tornado of emotions
That envelopes and near drowns you
It’s a volcano that ignites you
The wind that carries you
And the Life that makes you, you.
