Insecurity
Sometimes I wonder,
Am I really important to you?
Am I really someone,
Who plays a huge role in your life,
Or do I just exist as another being who so happens to come your way?
Am I a burden to you?
Or worse still,
Do I actually exist to you?
I don't want to weight on your shoulder,
I don't want to be pushed aside.
I want to be accepted by you,
To be loved genuinely for who I am.
I'm sick of pretending,
I'm sick of being left out,
I'm sick of being alone.
I just want to feel belonged,
Is it really that hard?
