The Dance

An immense ballroom;
Beautiful red candles
Lighting up the room,
Making shadows dance on the wall.
Sweet melodious music,
In the back ground.
Burgundy, cinnamon candles,
Smell like spices in a cupboard.
Dancing with a gorgeous man.
Swishing skirt,
And shiny shoes.
As they twirl around,
His hand on her back
Masterfully guides her across the floor.
Then... his soft hand,
Gently folds around hers,
As they take their final bow.
