A crescent paves across my face as
Westfield High Schools bell begins to resonate.
A quiver recoiling through my core.
Bustling students poke past me,
each their own complex detainee.
Butterflies ribbonning round my strides.
Detecting talk amidst collaboration,
I push through the portal to my haven.
