Past
Flashing back on all the memories of the past,
Wishing I can go back to the time when there was no worries
Well, maybe there is,
But just a little,
When I wonder when is the next time I get to eat ie-cream again
To have not a care in the world,
Playing with dolls, pretending to be mothers
Fighting with my sisters over the ball,
Running around the yard under the setting sun,
Til' Mum call us in for dinner
Who would have thought fighting over the last meatball could be such sweet memories?
Looking back at the simple life of yesterdays,
Of innocence and naivety,
It is a pity to have to grow up
