The Boy's Summer
I arrive into this boy's world
Where he lives alone.
My first journey is to travel through this azure sea
I feel his prescense in this direction
My foot taps the soundless ocean
the sound illuminates to that of a bell.
After gliding upon the water to shore
I see the boy's face, blessed with innocence and wonder
His eyes open wide, and he rubs them
As if to make sure I'm not an illusion.
The boy at last realizes it is true
And he cries of joy
I gently tap his shoulder, and say
"It's okay now, you're not alone."
The days go on, and we play
Together we build our own house
Next to the ocean
Where I came from.
At last, the boy rests in happiness
If only everyone could feel the joy of this boy.
