Love and Poetry
If love gives wings to poetry
And poetry, voice to love,
If my hands were made to fit yours beautifully,
And if we were truly made for each other up above,
Then you must have already given me wings,
And made my thoughts speak with a voice.
When clasped together, our hands are no longer separate things,
And I’m sure you were made for me by choice.
