One Shot for Tennis
From the bending
of the legs
beneath the racket head follows
underneath lies the ball
down you start to swing your racket
toward the ball
up to your shoulders
around your waist
with spin and speed
through mid air
nearing the other side
above your head
above the net
without much doing
up and up and then
down and down
toward your opponet
on the other side of the net
in the ball goes
for you have hit the ball
