Let Them Stare MAG
We walk down the halls together
holding hands,
and people stare at us.
But I don't care what they think.
I love holding your hand.
I feel wanted.
We stop at our lockers, and you
look down at me and smile,
it melts my heart.
People stare but I don't care,
I feel wanted.
We bring our mouths together
and embrace in a long, gentle kiss.
It could last forever.
I don't care what they think -
I love to feel your arms around me.
So, let them stare.
I feel wanted.
I walk you to your bus,
and we embrace each other once again,
to end a perfect day. Later they tell us
we put on a show for those starring.
But I don't care. I want people to see
me happy.
They can think what they want,
they don't know my story.
I feel loved and to me that's all that matters.
So let them stare.
I feel wanted ... finally.
