The Days MAG
Nothing ever changed on our block
Except for the seasons
Each day the sun set behind your house
And those trees
But we always tried to make the difference somehow
Sitting on my back porch by the light of a candle
Till dawn crawled in
We talked about leaving that town and changing fate
We took comfort in our laughter
As we chased the hours of summer
The days stretched into the nights
As we sat in Vicari's woods
Until the days began to grow short again
We mourned for our losses
As friends escaped the borders
We lived for the nights where time lasted forever
