The Witching Hour MAG
Sadly delivered and graciously held,
The Yiddish one's constantly kvelled,
suffering sweet and health sour,
grace the bosom in the witching hour.
Tragic comedy and soulful hate,
the beginnings of a time so late,
Golden stone so bleak once of,
Turn the endings of a maddening love.
Flimsy strength and riled calm,
Leave marks of singe upon the palm,
ribbed stripes of yellow and green
leave the marks of a war told but unseen.
