Baylor
Baylor is a Lab and Bloodhound mix
Who’s always full of tricks
He crouches low, claws embedded
Towards the ground, the dirt shredded
Baylor’s fur is as black as ink
And smooth like an ice rink
His long ears dangle and droop
Sweeping at smells as if they were soup
Baylor’s chest contains a soft, patch of white
Like snow falling at night
His shoulders subside like a wave
With ripples echoing throughout as if a long, dark cave
While rolling on the ground, light green grass hovers
Over Baylor, clinging on his fur like bed covers
Sometimes, Baylor bites and nips
Along with scratching through painful, claw grips
Like Brownie, Baylor runs all rapid and wild
His light pink tongue flicking into a smile
Baylor jumps swiftly with quickened strides
Along with running around on all sides
Of an enclosed backyard
