The Alphabetic Altercation
All hell broke loose
Better count your lucky stars
Can’t you do that?
Dads and moms pray, too
Everything is not okay
Finally, some fun
Grab your friends,
Hold them tight, please,
It’ll only take a moment
Just run, just keep running
Keep going, now
Losers are lost
Maybe she’s there, too
No! She can’t be…
Of course she isn’t, she’s
Perfect,
Quiet, and your only one, and she’s always
Right, so
Shut up, don’t
Tell her what to do,
Understand that she’s
Very calm, not
Worried.
XOXO, her note to
You, and remember what she always said,
“Zebras are the best.”

This poem is just a spot of fun, that's all it is and all it ever will be.
