Other Halves of Me
Other halves of me; I have
Yet I don’t
Introvertness infused outward
Makes me a coward
During social settings
Yet I am brave enough to secure
My very soul and heart; hoping someone won’t be stupid enough to be lured
My head resembles that of a ticking clock
Counting down the minutes, the hours
Am I rhyming? I’m rhyming
Rhymes are becoming repetitive...Oops
Not in this paper I’m typing
Ok, I’m not rhyming
Dogs, all kinds of animals I love, as do most
Yet clothing products we wear are interwoven of animal skin
Ok, let’s forget about that
I am not exactly funny
Yet I ramble on about what I assume as silly
Bored tones of voice, slapstick
Eventually I shut up and stop laughing
Learning, I enjoy learning
My head picks up interesting facts, yet shuts them up too
I am a learner; yet not exactly a nerd
Friends hang out with me
Yet at times look at me as if I’m crazy
I’m not crazy; just run my thoughts and mouth on seemingly impossible ideas
Ok, now I said I’m crazy
I am an introvert, I am an extrovert
Wait, I’m neither one
Or am I?
Just kidding! I am
No, wait!
