My Sweet Dreamcatcher
Come and be my sweet dream catcher,
And we shall spend the night as one.
I will share my dreams with you,
And we shall live and dream in song.
Each night we’ll dream these dreams of mine;
The dreams once mine and mine alone.
Feel free to dream my dreams with me,
My mind is yours to know and roam.
But one dream I shall keep from you,
And come each morn’ I shall be sad.
Buried within my silent heart,
Is a dream which you will never know.
My sweet dream catcher, you are taken:
Your heart belongs now to another.
I, too cautious in your presence,
Lost your sweet heart to my brother.
Come and be my sweet dream catcher,
And we shall spend the night as one.
I will share my dreams with you,
And we shall live and dream in song.
Each night I’ll keep one dream from you,
As to break your heart I’d never do.
My sweet dream catcher, the dream I hide:
The dream where you, my love, are mine.
