So many are superficial as to make it a religion. So little are not as to make it heresy.

If anything in nature can be compared with time,
It is the elementary extravagance known as ice.
Time is ice in all ways but one; that being physical existence.
Just as there is sad slowness in the passage of despairing time,
So is there the glacial slowness in the movements of the most cold, heavy ice.

The swells of time speed in seasons of war and aggression,
And the quickening of heat and flame excite ice’s steady flow.
Time is ice in all ways but one; that being physical existence.
The pace of time returns to normal in the peace after transgression;
While water is reformed into ice and is reverted from sprint to slow.

Time and ice are one and the same, the only difference, tangibility.
Therefore, time was born of ice, the concept of the reality.
And so the question, “Which came first, time or ice?” is easy to answer.
Time is a concept as old as man, but ice was always in nature.
