Exultant he was, slashing color to the easel's cover.
What once was translucent and pure, died. Leaveing no more.
The boy's father had not admit him a fairwell.
Yet not a fragile tear streamed, nor a picture of memory was left behind. Just the paint brush in hand he walked away with.
