The Man
He never slept, nor ate.
For the pain of being hungry and tired,
Made him feel alive.
He sat in his yellow chair, watching, and waiting
For the sun to meet the moon.
The only true love story he had ever seen.
He fantasized of love and pain.
He started to feel as if he were dead.
Everyone the man loved was gone.
The craved to feel something.
He wanted to feel alive one last time.
He sat in his yellow chair, and smiled to himself,
His heart began to beat, it beat fast, and faster,
And then stopped.
