But One Day Found the Shore...

This is one of my favorite photos I have ever taken. This photo was taken using only natural lighting and no special effects other than a black and white setting. I think it really shows the beauty that I was trying to capture. This quote is from a novel that happens to be one of my favorites. It really got me thinking and inspired this photo. I know the shadow covers most of it but the quote reads, "And when she sleeps, she dreams. And when she dreams, she dreams of a girl who was lost at sea, but one day found the shore." ~Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin

It's so neat that the shadow forms a heart. (I love that book by the way)
