Such a common excuse.

Saying I'm tired is easier then telling someone what is really wrong. Saying I'm tired is easier then admitting even to yourself that something is truly wrong. When asked a difficult question about our foul moods many reply that the reason for the foul mood is lack of sleep. Well, it's a lie. Lack of sleep is not the reason. When saying that they are tired they are brushing off the depth of their pain. Making it seem like nothing so that they don't have to face it. Upon facing a problem it becomes real, so the longer it is pushed off or tip-toed around the less real it is.
