family
the usual American family watches their children from the day they enter the world to the day they leave their home and sometimes more. while from what I hear from Europe parents just trust their children enough to live their lives with minimal guidance. how are the children of America supposed to grow up into our own personalities when we are being coddled in our twenties? we wander why so many people don't like us maybe because we have a tendency of acting like full grown children because we are accustomed to being treated as such.
