   At what age should a teenager be tried as an adult in a murder case? That's ieasy ... if a minor knows enough to know s/he is killing someone, s/he should be tried as an adult. Age has nothing to do with it. Anyone old enough to kill someone is old enough to face the consequences. Of course, anyone guilty (or accused) of murder may not be healthy (mentally), and they should be psychologically evaluated. But if the person, at whatever age, is sane and aware of his or her actions, then s/he needs to also be aware of punishment because of these actions. n
