Tradition
Summary:
A town awaits the annual town showcase. Four artisans (a shoemaker, a baker, a candlmaker, and a seamstress) are in charge of watching the darkeels, or creatures that will be used to execute a 'disobeyer of the law,' or a thief. Each townsperson secretly plans to steal the thief's body and eat it, as the guardsmen of the government keep the town in a state of near starvation. When the thief runs away, the town goes on a hunt, but are challenged face-to-face with the thief who tells them that he may not be the one in the wrong. The town erupts into violent chaos.
