My first time getting a dog I was so happy I had begged my mom to let me get a dog but ,every time I would ask she wouldn't let me ,because it was too much work and I wasn't old enough for all the responsibilities for example cleaning up after him feeding him and bathing him it would've of been to much work for me and I had already started school so even worse I had homework I had to finish and my mom didn't want me to get distracted.

But one day after school it all changed my mom took me to the pet store and she surprised me by asking me what dog I wanted,we were finally getting a puppy I was so happy,I didn't know how to react ,my mom wanted to surprise me and she did a lot it was a little white dog with curly hair and grey little dots she was small and chubby ,my brothers and me were so happy and exited we all decided to name her Lola.

After that Day we bought a lot of cute stuff for her like a little doll dresses little bows for her hair we also bought her a little snack days passed and we try to show her tricks many other things one day after school my mom pick me up because we had some errands to run we had spent the whole day outside the house and we were looking forward to going home relaxing and playing with Lola.

But when we got there there was no sign of Lola we looked all over for her we went around our neighborhood in nothing nobody had seen her I would really sad my mom was too we tried looking more but we never found her it was really upsetting we just had to have her a few days my brothers were really disappointed when they found out a few days had passed and we didn't give Lola back of disappointed we were we all had accepted the fact that she was gone even if we had her for a few days we got attached to quickly because it was my first puppy.

This is my first puppy experience even if we were short I still enjoyed it and learned many new things that I didn't know about before I also saw how hard it was for a little girl to take care of a dog or any pet. Me and my mom now know much more I will be prepared for next public .
